Shipping and Handling
We ship Monday through Friday. If there is any
information missing from your order or any questions, you will be contacted within 24 hours via email for immediate resolution.
Orders
are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Some items are shipped via US Priority, and some via UPS Ground.
If you need product quickly, please contact us for special arrangements and expedited pricing (customerservice@gamesandcelebrations.com). To better maintain quality, we have several locations that specialize in certain products, meaning that you order
may arrive in more than one shipment. We will notify you if this would apply to your order.
We only ship within the United States
only(Hawaii and Alaska included).
We offer a flat shipping/handling rate of just $3.85
for all orders. As a result, no bulk discounts are offer for larger quantity orders as we do absorb additional shipping
expenses for these orders
Sales tax is applied for Illinois residents only of 8.75%.
Payment
Pay securely online using PayPal. You are not required to have
a PayPal account to place an order. You may also pay by check or money order using our PAY BY MAIL form. No cash please as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Personal checks will be held for 5
business days before orders are shipped. You may also order by phone (847)513-3738. We currently do not have a
toll free number so if you would like to avoid long distance charges, simply email as much of your order information as you
have to customerservice@gamesandcelebrations.com and we will follow up with you through a courtesy call from our Customer Service Manager. Please DO NOT email any sensitive
information such as credit card numbers or bank account information. We will call you to collect such information.

Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
GAMES: If you find an error in one of our games, the
Initial Game Pack is FREE and we will immediately replace the game. If you are not completely satisfied
with our product for any other reason, we want to hear about it. We will do what we can to make it right. Our return
policy is aimed at Complete Customer Satisfaction.
FAVORS/GIFTS: We purchase only the highest quality
items for your event. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us for a return authorization.
EDIBLE ITEMS: We cannot accept returns on
any edible items. If you have an issue with any of our edibles, then please contact us at customerservice@gamesandcelebrations.com for resolutoin. You will not be stuck with product that you cannot
use!
PLEASE BE AWARE: Pencils are not sharpened when
shipped, however each Game Pack includes a pencil sharpener for your convenience.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: At no time will any
of your personal information be given to third parties for any reason other than what is needed to fill your order.
Games and Celebrations.com does not sell customer lists or provide any information that could be used for solicitation purposes.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: We use PayPal for our
payment processing (you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase items from us). We have asked PayPal to
maintain any sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc. We simply receive
verification that payment is received and at no time are we provided with this information. Our goal is to make your
online shopping as safe as possible.
PRICE MATCH POLICY: We will meet or beat
the prices of our competitors for most of our products. If you find one of our items cheaper on a different website,
then please email the link to the page displaying the product in question, your suggested price, and the quantity that you
would be interested in purchasing. We will review the item and let you know if we will meet the price or beat it.
Not all products will qualify for this as some of our items are kept close to wholesale prices. Send
inquiries to customerservice@gamesandcelebrations.com. Responses will occur within 24 hours direct from our Customer Service Manager.
